They had to pool unfortunately I was in the pool before they started to clean it so I was swimming around to noticed it looked a little bit grubby and after I was done swimming that's when the guy came out to clean it, the hot tub which must have been there was out of order but the yard was nice 24-hour a day gym. They have restaurant on site that's very expensive but the food's good small proportions of cheesecake not really worth $9 but still good with fresh berries. They have a bar that's nice and the staff at the bar are nice and the staff at the restaurant are nice. I lowered my expectations of Hamilton this is probably the best motel you're going to get in it's price range in such a horrible town. Great view unfortunately it's Hamilton and Hamilton there's not much to see here. Ice machine is nice and being close to the mall is nice being close to the liquor store even though there's a bar and being close to restaurants.

When we arrived we were really exhausted and needed a nice room with great facilities to recharge. The check in person listened and gave us an upgrade without our asking. Things continued to go well and we were able to easily access food and drink the immediate area. Comfortable room with wonderful amenities.

This hotel was hosting the conca champion cup.The staff was friendly and they did everything in their power to make us feel at home. Patricio de Manager was always working with all the guess needs no matter what time of the day it was.

I’ve stayed at the Sheraton Hamilton a number of times and it’s always a good experience. The rooms are clean and the staff is attentive. It’s also the best location if you’re attending a hockey game or a concert!

The Room was lovely - clean, well put together & comfortable The bed was so comfortable and I liked the coffeemaker for The morning. The bathroom was lovely & spacious with all the amenities needed
